What is the deadline to make a BOOTH reservation?
Exhibition booths can be booked until April 30 and we allocate space on a first come, first serve basis.
In order to secure the most favorable stand locations, we advice you to book as early as you can.
Can we change our location after booking the stand?
Yes, it is possible to move to another location that is available and that has the same size as your current space and on a first come first served basis.
What are the opening hours?
The DroneConvention opens May 10th at 08h00 for exhibitors and demonstrators and at 08h30 for visitors. But exhibitors and demonstrators should build their booth May 9th, the day before the actual DroneConvention starting from 14h00.

Where can I register my booth staff?
Your booth staff must be registered before the exhibition via this website REGISTER. Your staff needs to print out the registration confirmation and bring it to the DroneConvention. They must show their confirmation at the exhibitor desk at the main entrance, and then they will receive their booth staff badge.
Where can I register my colleagues or possible visitors?
Your colleagues or possible visitors must be registered before the exhibition via this website REGISTER. They need to print out the registration confirmation and bring that with them when they go to the DroneConvention. They must show their confirmation at the exhibitor desk at the main entrance, and then they will receive their visitor badge.
